How to get the lowest price on today's Amazon deals

Amazon's best daily deals are time-boxed. Deals of the Day run until 11:59 PM Pacific or until the deal sells out, and Lightning Deals can disappear in a few hours once the claim bar fills up. If you see a price you like, add it to your cart right away; the deal price is locked for 15 minutes once it is in your cart. Compare the deal price against the "List Price" strike-through, check that the item is Shipped and Sold by Amazon or a highly rated seller, and look for an extra clip coupon on the product page – coupons stack on top of deal prices and we flag those on our promo codes and coupons page.

Frequently asked questions

How often is the price drops today list updated?

Every day. The Price Drops Today – New Amazon Markdowns list on our Amazon storefront is refreshed each morning (US Eastern time): new price drops are added, expired deals are removed, and this page is rebuilt from the live list. It was last refreshed on October 30, 2026 and currently holds 25 items.

Where do these price drops today come from?

They are hand-picked from Amazon.com. We scan Amazon's Today's Deals, Lightning Deals, coupons and category best-seller pages, keep only products with high ratings and plenty of reviews, and publish them as a public idea list on the Best Deals Today Amazon storefront (amazon.com/shop/bestdealstoday). This page mirrors that list so you can browse it outside Amazon.

Are the prices on this page the current Amazon prices?

Prices were captured on October 30, 2026 (the cheapest item shown was $6.99 and the biggest discount 92% off). Amazon deal prices can change or sell out at any time, so always check the price on the Amazon product page before you buy – that is the price you will pay.

What is the difference between a Deal of the Day and a Lightning Deal?

A Deal of the Day is a single-day sale that runs until midnight Pacific time or until it sells out. A Lightning Deal is a short-window offer, often only a few hours, with a limited number of units: once the "claimed" bar reaches 100% the price is gone. Both show up in this list the morning they go live.
